									<p>作り方</p><ol><li>米と適量の水と少量のターメリック、バニラビーンズをよく混ぜて30分ひたしてから、炊く（バニラビーンズは開き種を出し、鞘と種を一緒に混ぜる）。</li><li>玉ねぎをみじん切りにし、大さじ1の油で飴色になるまで炒める。途中で大さじ1の水を足してなじませ水分を飛ばす。</li><li>一片の生姜とみじん切りにしたニンニク、塩少々を加え、香りがたつまで炒める。</li><li>トマトケチャップ大さじ2を加え煮詰める。</li><li>クミン、コリアンダー、ターメリック、オールスパイス、塩小さじ1を加え、香りがたつまで炒める。</li><li>鶏肉を加えて色が変わるまで炒めたら、水450mLを加えてひと煮立ちさせ、弱火で15分煮込む。</li><li>最後に、みりんで味をまとめる。</li><li>バニラライスにお好みの野菜とルーをのせて完成♪</li></ol>								</div>
