Agroforestry Vanilla

Growing Forests with Vanilla Beans
Our vanilla is cultivated in agroforestry systems̶
organic, forest-like farms where no pesticides or
fertilizers are used. The more agroforestry vanilla is
grown, the more Madagascar’s forests expand.
Home to countless rare species, Madagascar is a
treasure trove of biodiversity. By growing vanilla in
harmony with nature, we help protect a rich
ecosystem where both wildlife and people can
thrive.
Deep, Matured Vanilla Aroma and a Luxuriously Oily, Moist Texture
Renowned for their superior quality even among Madagascar vanilla beans, our products are highly regarded by leading chefs and pâtissiers in Japan. We have proudly supplied to over 500 businesses to date.
Built on Trust and Quality
We spend one to two months each year in Madagascar, visiting our partner producers in person. Even as market prices fluctuate, we maintain fair trade practices and have built strong, lasting relationships with our supplier. On your behalf, we visit farms and processing facilities to ensure quality and traceability. Our partner supplier is certified for organic farming, HACCP, and fair trade practices.
Japanese Quality

Our vanilla is highly valued in Japan. It is used not only by several Michelin-starred restaurants and five-star hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto, but also by many patisseries nation wide.

A rich, sweet aroma lingers — a sign of the care taken in processing and selection.”
