Apple tarte tatin♪
My friend who loves cooking kindly made tarte tatin with apples and Co•En corporation’s vanilla. Recipe is following:
Ingredients:
Apple: 5 to 6
Butter: 70g
Vanilla sugar: 80g
*Sugar should be kept with vanilla bean for 7 to 10 days.
Pie dough: 2pieces
Method:
1. Peel apples and quarter them.
2. Warm a frying pan, melt butter on the pan, add sugar and caramelize.
3. Add apples to the pan (2), keep heating until water disappears.
4. Put apples (3) on a tray to cool them slightly.
5. Put apples (4) into a mold (18cm) , cover them by doughs rolled out and pricked.
6. Bake in an oven (180ºC) for about 20 minutes (depending on the oven you use).

turn the stuff over then finish cooking!!
