Green vanilla market has opened
Vanilla market is regulated by the government in Madagascar and the green vanilla market in Sambava where the main production site of Malagasy vanilla opened on 15th July.
Early picking of green vanilla is recognized as the big problem in Madagascar as a good vanilla can not be prepared from an immature green vanilla. To address this issue, construction of the tradability system is promoted. Thanks to the movement, we can see matured green vanilla in the market this season.
After four to six-month curing process, prepared vanilla with fascinating smell will come.
