Pink pepper and cinnamon, too
While farmers are harvesting their green vanilla, pink pepper and cinnamon are prepared at the processing house of the cooperative where is busy and lively with many women preparing the crops. Because they have several sources to sell, farmers’ income must be stabilized. We have growing feeling that we want to expand our business to other crops from vanilla.
